step-by-step uv finishing process:

• initial sanding and polishing with “smart” technology to read and adjust for variations in the surface
• application of special anti-aging coat to lock the color of the grain and to protect the wood from uv-induced yellowing
• drying/curing stage with high-energy uv lamps
• application of two individual base coats of polyester finish
• final curing with uv lamps
• finish sanding and patching of base coats-smart technology
• application of acrylic-polyester finish (highly durable and impact resistant)
• final drying/curing with infrared rays
• ultimate quality check, including per batch ISO 2409 cross cut test and ASTM pencil hardness test

standard finish color: natural clear acrylic-polyester (for all valendrawers solid beech and plywood drawers) at gloss level 20/30. the standard finish perfectly suited to today’s demand for light and natural colors.

excellent resistance to chemicals; well suited for tough applications including general duty school and institutional laboratory installations.
