drawer sides are supplied pre-cut in standard lengths and include rabbet joinery. drawer fronts, drawer backs, and drawer bottoms are optimized by the cabinet maker from standard lengths (blanks). the woodworker simply sizes the fronts and backs and bottoms with a single blade rip and pins the drawers together.
